Shipping Policy

There is a standard shipping fee of $275 for all US orders. 

Canada Shipping Quote: If you are outside the US and you would like a shipping quote, email your physical address and we will provide a quote as soon as possible.

Service Coverage: USA & Canada

Lead Time: Units typically ship within two weeks of order.

Transit Time: 5 business days (US Orders). Canada addresses will take longer to deliver to.

All prices shown on this web site are in U.S. dollars.

Return Policy

MEE INDUSTRIES INC. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

You can return your purchase for refund up to 30 days from date of invoice. To be eligible for a return the unit must be in new condition. Return Merchandise Authorization from Mee is required for all returns. 

Returns Process. When returning a product, please do the following:

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Mee Industries Inc.
  • Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
  • Ship the package to Mee Industries Inc., 16021 Adelante St., Irwindale CA 91702.
  • Please prepay shipping – Mee Industries does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).
  • Purchase insurance coverage for the package – Mee Industries is not responsible for return shipping damage. 
  • Must be shipped to Mee Industries within 30 days of original purchase.
